so i made it to australia after that super ridiculous flight and two days the nasty flew… starting to come around!
on the bright side, “bail you out” is being released as a single under my abc/universal music label and we have a ‘film clip’ to accompany it : ) huge thanks to lowell productions for putting this one together. shot on prince edward island too!

while trekking around the ol’ united states of america, koady and i popped into the weekender sessions in scranton, pa to record a couple tunes… here’s one of em!

a few days ago, we lost not only an unbelievable musician and songwriter but one of my favourite people. jay smith… it was an honour playing tunes with ya, touring and having a helluva lot of laughs. rip buddy.

another music festival down… if i didn’t die yet then i don’t think i ever will! we did a few awesome shows – opened up for white buffalo at the great hall then trotted over to a full house at the dakota tavern (pictured below) where we had jeff heisholt and meredith shaw hop up for a few tunes. we also did the ol’ toronto maple leafs game on saturday (for sheer enjoyment) along with another show at the el mocambo for music PEI.
also, a shout out to the shaws for providing koady and i with such awesome hospitality. unbelievable.

well, i can’t believe that i officially have an ECMA! roots album of the year. so cool. thanks so much to the organization itself for an unbelievable weekend of good music, good times and few pretty wicked parties : )
