Hi everyone! I’m writing to you from Byron Bay in Australia where it is absolutely beautiful! I’ll be coming home in February and wanted to let everyone know that my new album ‘Lost In Light’ will be released in Canada on February 17, 2015 on MDM Recordings!

I was on the cover of MX in Sydney, clearly a bit confused… ; )

So, after a flight that takes almost half of your life (not really), I made it back to Australia!
So friggin’ pumped to be here. I also played the Morning Show shortly after I landed so click right here!
I’m a bit new to playing stomp box and tambourine but I think I pulled it off… This is also the 1st single from my new record, “Lost In Light”.

This is a completely random post but just wanted you to see this room I stayed in… It’s intense in an African kinda cool way – art, toilet seat, kleenex, pillows, bed-spread, coffee tables, etc. I liked it. Oh yeas, shows are going just grand btw.

Flew the red-eye from Halifax to London, got off the plane and drove right to Stonehenge (literally, didn’t even change my clothes or brush my teeth… I know, not cool) – but it was friggin’ amazing.
Pumped for this tour!

Words cannot describe how excited I am to be heading back down undaaa. First off, I have a brand new record that has just been released under ABC/Universal… Second, I have a lot of really sweet shows (including some awesome festival dates) lined up… And thirdly, I’ll be missing out on a lot of the friggin’ Canadian winter!

I remember telling ye’all about my new project ‘The East Pointers’ a few months back… It’s a traditional celtic band that I started with Koady Chaisson (who a lot of you know as my long haired banjo + bass player on the road) and Jake Charron, a really great friend of ours from Ontario.
We’ve been talking about it for a while and finally this past summer we released an EP – it’s been doing great! I have about 2 weeks off from my singer-songwriter touring duties so we’re doing an East Pointers tour (can’t get enough of the road, I guess! Haha).
